🚨 IMMEDIATE JOINER REQUIRED!
Fuelco is looking for a proactive, hands-on and organised Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate UAE free zone movements, including cargo transfers, gate passes and container movements.
Handle customs declarations and relevant documentation through the Dubai Trade portal.
Coordinate international freight movements by sea, air and road, including shipment bookings, documentation and delivery schedules.
Liaise with international freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, customs brokers, suppliers and customers.
Manage import/export documentation and coordinate customs clearance requirements.
Track shipments, monitor ETAs and resolve delays or operational issues.
Arrange local transportation, cargo collections and deliveries.
Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Previous hands-on experience in UAE logistics operations and international freight coordination.
Practical knowledge of Dubai Trade, UAE customs procedures and free zone movements is essential.
Experience with international shipping documentation, freight bookings and cargo transportation.
Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
Good English communication skills.
Basic conversational Hindi is an advantage; fluency is not required.
